Daniel oversees all corporate compensation, benefits, and retention analysis. His expertise in executive compensation and risk management allows teams to build an elite executive staff designed in perfect alignment with the goal.
Always placing data over dogma, Daniel works to ensure all distractions are removed, allowing executives to tackle any issue. His field work places him in the industry’s top 1% of all consultants and is sought after by companies worldwide.
Daniel began his academic journey at Washington and Lee University, where he discovered his unique ability to simplify complex strategies in a way everyone can understand. Daniel is committed to a life of academic pursuit, holding multiple designations, including the elite CFP®, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP). Leah is a seasoned HR expert with over 20 years of experience in benefits design, implementation, and HR technology. As the founder of HCM Tech Advisory, she offers strategic vision and expert advice to help HR professionals navigate and master digital transformation. Leah began her career at Deloitte Consulting as an Actuarial Analyst, where she honed her skills in employee benefits design and financial forecasting. Her path into HR technology progressed at Lifeworks (TELUS Health), where she managed extensive system implementations for large-scale clients.
As the lead technology coordinator for HR and employee benefit systems, her expertise is sought by the world’s most elite companies. As the Director of HRIS at Revature, Leah led the global rollout of Workday HCM, oversaw the US Health and Welfare Program, and spearheaded the company’s wellness program. Prior to founding HCM Tech Advisory, her initiatives at OneDigital significantly enhanced customer experience and streamlined benefits administration processes.
Her extensive experience serving a wide range of clients in human capital management consulting is in employee benefits (design, implementation, administration) and HR technology (evaluation, selection, implementation). Leah strives to help clients implement solutions that streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience. Her goal is to create programs through a calculated approach, providing long-term solutions with minimal disruption.
Leah holds a BBA in Actuarial Science and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).

Cindy serves as The Perfect Plan’s Chief Administrative Officer, where she transforms strategic vision into operational reality. With a foundation in psychology and counseling, she brings a unique understanding of team dynamics and human behavior to the administrative backbone of the organization.
Cindy’s philosophy centers on seamless integration. She believes exceptional operations should be invisible, allowing teams to focus on what they do best while systems work effortlessly behind the scenes. Her approach combines organizational precision with an innate curiosity for innovative solutions, constantly seeking better ways to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
As CAO, Cindy oversees marketing initiatives, backend operations, social media strategy, and technological infrastructure. By managing the intricate details of daily operations, she ensures the team can remain fully client-focused and present where it matters most.
Before joining The Perfect Plan, Cindy operated her own virtual assistant business, where she honed her skills in operational management and developed her signature approach to creating order from complexity. She holds an Associate’s degree in Psychology and Counseling, bringing valuable insight into team dynamics and effective communication.
