FOR DENTISTRY
Where women who have built their practices prepare to architect what comes next.
Leadership is changing. Dentistry is changing. The women who will shape the future are already here.
You have invested years mastering clinical excellence. You have built a successful practice, earned the trust of your patients, and led a team that depends on your vision every day, yet many of the biggest challenges in dentistry today have little to do with clinical skill.
They involve leadership, culture, decision-making, growth, retention, communication, and succession.
Do you dream of creating an organization where both people and performance thrive?
Beyond Clinical Excellence
By the end of the year, you will:
ArchitectHer for Dentistry is an exclusive leadership experience designed for female dentists, practice owners, specialists, and emerging leaders who want to build practices that are financially thriving and deeply aligned with the future of healthcare.
Guided by the research and leadership philosophy of Dr. Don Barden, alongside the clinical and business perspective of Dr. Stephen Malone, this experience explores the intersection of behavioral economics, leadership psychology, organizational culture, and the patient experience.
This is a conversation about becoming the architect of the practice, and the life, you were meant to build.
