ArchitectHer Participation Terms & Conditions

ArchitectHer is designed for women who are building at a high level and are ready for a more aligned, intentional, and sustainable way to lead. This experience is not simply about information; it is about transformation. To preserve the integrity, value, and caliber of the experience for every participant, the following terms outline the expectations, responsibilities, and protections associated with your participation.

By applying, enrolling, and participating in ArchitectHer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Participation & Investment

Your investment secures your place within a curated ArchitectHer cohort and grants you access to the full experience, including in-person gatherings, virtual sessions, program materials, and advisory support as outlined in your enrollment.

ArchitectHer is designed as a continuous, year-long experience. Your participation begins with your first session. Missed sessions are not credited or refunded, as the value of the experience is built through continuity, cadence, and engagement over time. If you are in a jam and need to reschedule, please call us, and we will work diligently to support your needs.

Enrollment is personal and non-transferable. ArchitectHer is intended solely for your individual professional and personal development and may not be used for commercial reproduction, redistribution, or external training purposes. If you would like to expand the material at a greater level within your broader organization, please contact your consultants and lets discuss creative ideas to help you and your people maximize the times ahead.

By enrolling, you consent to receive communications from ArchitectHer regarding your participation, program updates, and future opportunities. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Intellectual Property

ArchitectHer is built on proprietary frameworks, research, and methodologies developed through years of leadership study, behavioral economics, and executive application.

All materials, concepts, tools, language, and program structures are protected intellectual property.

Participation in ArchitectHer does not grant ownership or rights to reproduce, distribute, teach, record, or commercialize any portion of the experience. This includes written materials, session content, discussions, and any related resources.

Respect for this boundary protects the value of the experience for every woman in the room. Many of the books and materials are available for reproduction via your consultant, so give us a call and lets discuss the best way to serve you.

Program Structure & Modifications

ArchitectHer is designed with intention, but it remains dynamic.

ArchitectHer reserves the right to adjust locations, facilitators, or delivery format when necessary to maintain the quality and continuity of the experience. This may include transitioning in-person sessions to virtual environments when outside events force schedule conflicts and travel restrictions.

Enrollment is subject to acceptance. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement in a cohort.

Participants are advised to confirm their enrollment prior to making travel arrangements. ArchitectHer is not responsible for expenses incurred as a result of scheduling adjustments, capacity limitations, or program changes.

Confidentiality & Integrity of the Room

The power of ArchitectHer is not only in the content. It is in the room.

Each participant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all discussions, shared experiences, personal insights, and materials exchanged during the program. This includes contributions from fellow participants, facilitators, and any third-party content introduced during sessions.

This standard of confidentiality extends beyond the duration of the program.

ArchitectHer cannot guarantee the conduct of individual participants, but the expectation is clear: what is shared in the room remains in the room.

Outcomes

ArchitectHer provides structure, perspective, and insight. It does not replace professional, financial, legal, or personal advisory relationships.

All decisions made before, during, and after participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.

You are responsible for how you apply what you learn, how you lead, and the outcomes that follow.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in ArchitectHer, you agree to release ArchitectHer, its founders, advisors, and affiliated parties from any liability arising from your participation in the program.

This includes, but is not limited to, business decisions, personal outcomes, travel-related incidents, or indirect consequences associated with participation.

Health, Safety & Statement of Risk

Participation in any in-person experience carries inherent risks, including exposure to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

By attending ArchitectHer sessions, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all associated risks. You agree to follow all applicable health, safety, and venue-specific guidelines.

You assume full responsibility for your personal health, safety, and well-being throughout your participation.

ArchitectHer does not provide insurance coverage of any kind. Participants are responsible for securing their own travel, health, and related insurance if desired.

Rules for Virtual Participation

For any virtual components of ArchitectHer, including live monthly follow-up sessions and special bonus events, participants are responsible for maintaining adequate technology, internet connectivity, and access to required platforms.

Access to virtual sessions is limited to the enrolled participant, and your executive assistant is desired. Virtual links may not be shared, recorded, or distributed outside the cohort.

ArchitectHer may use third-party platforms to deliver content and reserves the right to modify them as needed.

Compliance, Privacy & Personal Information

ArchitectHer collects and uses personal information for the purpose of program delivery, communication, and participant experience.

Participant contact information may be shared within the cohort to support connection and collaboration unless otherwise requested.

ArchitectHer does not sell or distribute personal information to external parties. Trusted service providers may access information only as necessary to support program operations and are required to maintain confidentiality.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal data; however, no system is without risk.

Final Understanding

ArchitectHer is not a transaction. It is a commitment.

It is a commitment to growth, to clarity, and to a different way of leading for women today and in the future.

By participating, you are choosing to step into a room designed for women who are ready to think differently, lead more intentionally, and build what comes next with purpose.
